Ahhh yes the simple pleasures in life! I was in the mood to indulge and I am at The Airport Diner in Bohemia, NY. The waitress is kind enough to ask the cook to make this piece of foodgasmic art: A Meatloaf Melt Panini with caramelized onions and mushrooms with sweet potato fries. This delectable delight has the comfort food trifecta: carbs, melted cheese and meat! The sweet potato fries were the perfect blend of salty and sweet with a crispy coating. If you are ever in the neighborhood I recommend asking for this little number. Maybe I can inspire them to add it to the menu!-Foodgasm score 4 out of 5 bites
