So I have heard about Limoncello a while ago and I have always wanted to try it. It was not quite what I expected. I do have a love for sweet lemon: that crisp, fresh, and lively taste that tickles your tastebuds just enough. However Limoncello is a little bitter, instead of a tickle you have move of a pucker. But fear not....mixed right you got yourself a real treat! Tonight I experimented and I am drinking it right now! I mixed about 2 shots of Limoncello with some Ginger Ale and a packet of Stevia, though you could use sugar instead. I never measure these things, OOPS! So the mystique of the great Limoncello has been divulged, stay thirsty my friends!Rated 2.5 out of 5 gulps.
