Classical Fusion: Greek Nachos

Why is this a foodgasm? I aint perfect, I'm only half Greek (LOL!). This is a nod to my Hellenic Heritage. Baked pita chips topped with ground lamb, feta, yogurt sauce, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions, it's the a gyro appetizer. Tangy Lamb-azing and creamy Food Love in yo mouth! You know you need this? Best part is I made it with some of my leftover Slow Roasted Rosemary Garlic and Lemon Leg of Lamb. It only took 30 mins to make!

This is a 5 Point foodgasm! (Makes 4 servings)

What you need:
4 oz. cooked leg of lamb
1/2 bag pita multigrain chips
1/3 large cucumber, diced
1/4 medium red onion, diced
1/2 tomato, diced
1/2 cup feta cheese (my favorite is Athenos)

For the yogurt (tzatziki) sauce:
1 single serve container of plain non fat Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves of garlic
dash of Cinnamon
Salt and Pepper to taste

How to make it:
Preheat oven to 415 degrees. In a food processor grind lamb into small pieces. Place pita chips on an oven safe plate and add lamb over the top of them. Bake for about 10 minutes. While this is baking make the sauce by combining all ingredients in a food processor. Once the lamb and chips are thoroughly heated add the remaining ingredients on top. Use as much or little sauce as you want. (Point value includes all the sauce, so you can add it all if you like.)

This is one of the favorite things I have EVER made---You need to try this. You will not be able to stop the inevitable food happy dance that follows!!
