A Slow Cooking Foodgasm: Autumn Stew with Mini Ravioli

Why is this a Foodgasm? The leaves are falling and you have a rosy flush in your cheeks because of the cold, you want dinner and you crave something with the spices and the season that is hot, soft and creamy in texture....okay guys this is foodgasm not a porno, you may want that but this may be a close second to satisfy a different desire! It is spicy, fragrant of the season, creamy, comforting and oh so flavorful! So satisfying *sigh*
What you need:
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup reduced fat milk
1/2 cup fat free chicken broth
1 medium yellow squash, cubed
1/2 onion, diced
1 bag of mini ravioli ( I used Celetano)
1 hot italian sausage, cooked and ground
1 teaspoon minced garlic*
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

(*Super Secret Tip: I hate chopping garlic and having garlic fingers for days so I buy it jarred from Trader Joe's)

How you make it:
Throw everything in your crockpot and cook on low for 3 hours- Start it on a lazy Sunday afternoon for an easy dinner! I suggest topping it with some shredded Parmesan cheese!
