Meat lovers rejoice! Yes this succulent and beautiful London Broil is just perfect medium rare and sooooo juicy! But my beef cooking skills were never this good before it is a new development. While to some the name London Broil is self explanatory, I thought I could bake it in the oven. The results was a tragic waste of meat: tough, brown and dry! The discovery of the....yes you guessed it BROILER, that thing below the oven, well it changed my life! A few minutes on either side and holy cow! Just a little salt and freshly cracked pepper to bring out the natural flavor and you got yourself a foodgasm!
