A Delicious, Healthy and EASY Greek Salad




What you'll need:

Salad:
2 heads Romaine Lettuce
1 cucumber sliced
1 sliced Red Onion
1/2 cup feta cheese

Tzatzki (Yogurt Sauce)
2 cups 0% Greek Yogurt
3-4 cloves Garlic
1 sprig fresh Oregano
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
salt, pepper
dash of Cinnamon

Dressing:
1/4 medium Red Onion
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Marinate chicken breast for an hour, grill and ENJOY!  5 out of 5 Bites!
