Making a Balsamic Reduction

Why is this a Foodgasm? Lots of flavor, sweet and sour; this reduction can be used for just about any meat or even tofu with no points!

Making a Balsamic Reduction is not hard, well it just takes time and you gotta pay attention in the end.  I will admit I burnt the first batch.  It is quick to go from almost done to burnt!

I used 2 cups of balsamic vinegar. You let it simmer on low takes about an hour to an hour and a half. But you need to constantly check on it and stir.  You know it is done when it is a little thicker and almost syrupy.  Give it a taste and it should be a bit sweet.
